2016 High School Sports Physicals The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network is offering Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) required sports physicals for high school athletes. The assessments are designed to recognize potential medical and orthopaedic risk areas and clear the student athlete for participation in WIAA sports. • • • • •
Sports physicals meet WIAA requirements Pre-registration required prior to date of physical Completed health history form required Medical evaluations performed by a Froedtert & MCW provider Orthopaedic evaluations performed by licensed athletic trainers or physical therapists
