Schedule A Terms & Conditions - Print Advertising DIRECT ENERGY CENTRE, EXHIBITION PLACE
FALL SHOW - Date TBA The customer agrees to purchase advertising space with The Business Exchange Corp as specified on page 4. All new accounts shall require advance payment. Ad space must be held with a Credit Card. Payment is due upon ad approval. Payment will be charged to your credit card. The Business Exchange reserves the right to cancel an advertisement if the client fails to make payment for (1) calendar month from the billing due date. The client will still be obligated to make payment for these insertions for the duration of the contract. 5. The Business Exchange reserves the copyright of all artwork designed by its staff. Reproduction of any kind requires written consent of The Business Exchange. 6. No contract cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances. All advertising & payments are for consecutive issues. Should the client wish to hold off on advertising for a period of time, notification must be received in writing a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the deadline. The client will be invoiced and charged. The client will receive a credit note for the unused insertions. 7. The Business Exchange is not responsible for contents of the advertisement after the advertiser approved the design. 8. If ad information is not sent in for the initial ad (first insertion on the contract) by the client, The Business Exchange will design an advertisement and publish it in the first issue. Advertising information published will be at the sole discretion of The Business Exchange. 9. Ad changes not sent in on the due date or approved within 4 hours after the proof has been sent will result in the rerunning of the existing Ad at the Contract Rate. 10. The Business Exchange reserves the right to revise or reject any advertisement in which it deems objectionable in text or illustration or detrimental to its business. 11. All late / unpaid invoices will be billed an additional 24% per annum. 12. If you request to skip an issue(s), you understand that you will be responsible for payment in full. Credits can be applied after the contract expires. 13. I understand that by signing the Advertising Agreement that I am personally liable for payment. 14. SHOW If this -contract is for a corporation, the person signed the agreement acknowledges that they have the authority to bind the company. FALL Date TBA 15. Schedule B Terms & Conditions - Web Advertising & E-mail Marketing 1. The customer agrees to pay for the online advertising space with The Business Exchange Corp. 2. All new accounts do require a credit card number on file. 3. Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of every month for the leads generated the month prior. The amount per lead is based on the above price per inquiry. 4. The Business Exchange reserves the right to cancel an advertisement if the client fails to make payment for (1) calendar month from the billing due date. The client will still be obligated to make payment for these insertions for the duration of the contract. 5. The Business Exchange reserves the copyright of all artwork designed by its staff. Reproduction of any kind requires written consent of The Business Exchange. 6. No cancellations will be accepted. All advertising & payments are for consecutive months. 7.
