I understand that this football camp is a full contact camp and there is a chance of injury that comes with taking part in such activities. By signing this document I am releasing the Monroe-Gregg School Corporation, employees of this district and those involved in the instruction of this camp from any legal and monetary responsibility for these injuries that may take place as a result in

July 18th -21st Grades 1-2-3- 4-5-6 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Grades 7-8 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
Each camper will be instructed in basic fundamental skills, drills, rules and games to help develop the tools needed to successfully compete on the football field. Players will learn all positions regardless of weight, age, and athleticism. These positions include: Offense Quarterback Running back Offensive line Wide Receiver Defense Linebacker Defensive Line Defensive Back Special Teams Punting Long Snapping Kicking The camp will be instructed by the high school coaching staff. All drills will be age specific and increase in complexity as players move on in school.

(Please return form to school by July 2nd .) if registered after this date we can not promise they will receive their camp t-shirt.

Players should wear tennis shoes or cleats, shorts and a T-shirt to camp. Players are encouraged to bring their own water bottle with their name written on it. Camper will be issued equipment at the camp.
