1. Entry Deadline – Monday, May 9th at 7:00pm 2. All entries must be completed at www.directathletics.com 3. A final list of accepted entries will be posted on Wednesday, May 11th at: http://www.portlandpilots.com/index.aspx?path=mtrack 4. Heat Sheets will be posted on Friday, May 13 th 5. There will be no day of meet additions/changes
Email scratches to Portland Twilight Meet Director, Chad Colwell at [email protected] $300 per team, per gender. $22.50 per individual entry.
Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the meet director, late entry fee $30. A tent/table for packet pickup will be located at the entrance to the stadium.
All coaches and athletes will be issued wristbands at check in.
All running events will check-in at the tent, on the in-field, behind the timing tent 60 minutes before their event. All distance races will have hip numbers. No bibs will be issued. Field events will check in 60 minutes before their event at the event.

Warm-up area:
All athletes are allowed to warm-up on the infield and can use the backstretch of the track when it is not in use.

Like last year, FloTrack will provide LIVE coverage of the 2016 Portland Twilight.
Only athletes, coaches and trainers with wristbands will have access to the track and infield. All spectators must stay in the grandstands. Cost of admission is $5 per adult / Students (with id) $2 / Children and seniors - Free
The Lewis & Clark Track will not be available for practice. Local public / High School tracks in Portland include Duniway (public), Lincoln (HS), Cleveland (HS), and Roosevelt (HS).
An Athletic Trainer will be on site with a trainer table and tent located on the infield.
