ABOUT RANGER STATION At Ranger Station Supply Co., we pour each candle into what will later become your favorite cocktail glass, a sturdy keepsake and customization inspired by our founder’s appreciation for a well-served cocktail. Our goal is to provide you with a high-quality candle that can transport you to an outdoor retreat in the confines of your daily life. Each candle is hand-poured to function as a warm additive, yet is inevitably alluring, in any room it’s lit. And although we perfect our scents with the nose of a modern gentleman in mind, our candles have a way of captivating the most tasteful of women, as well.

FAQ WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE WITH? We make our candles with Natural Soy Wax, Essential Oils, and Fragrance Oils.

WHY SOY WAX? For multiple reasons. First of all, soy wax is a 100% percent natural and renewable source of wax. The wax we use is made from Soy beans and Vegetables grown by US farmers. Soy wax is also beneficial because it burns clean. Most candles are made out of Paraffin wax which is a by product of refining oil. This means a few things. Paraffin wax does not burn clean. It emits carbon and often produces carbon buildup on the candles + in your home. Lastly, because Paraffin wax is produced by refining oil, it is another way to use up the earths fossil fuels. We are not all about that.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY? Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Please let us know if there are any problems with your candle and we will replace it free of charge. Due to the temporary nature of candles we will only accept returns of unopened packages. To return your candle, please fill out the Contact form and put “return” + your order number in the subject line and the reason for return in the message.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? All candles are hand-poured and shipped from Nashville, TN. WHERE ARE THE MATERIALS MADE? Everything that goes into our candles (wax, oil, glass, etc.) is made in the USA.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY CANDLE ARRIVED BROKEN? First of all, we are so sorry that this has happened. Despite every effort to keep your candle safe, glass sometime breaks during shipment. But don’t worry, it’s an easy fix. Just EMAIL US a picture of your broken candle as well as a copy of your shipping confirmation if you have it (check your email) and we will ship you a brand new candle asap!
