2016 Recreation T Ball, Coach Pitch, Baseball and Softball Pictures Schedule Pictures for t ball, coach pitch, baseball and softball will be taken on Sunday, 4/17/16. Please see the next page for the schedule of photos. We tried to work around the game schedules as much as possible. If a coach is coaching two different teams, we put their picture sessions back to back as a courtesy to those coaches. COACHES: NOTIFY YOUR PLAYERS AND FAMILIES OF THE DATE AND TIME ASSIGNED TO YOUR TEAM. ***Please have your teams arrive ten minutes before the scheduled picture time. If players are late they will miss their team picture, but may still take their individual pictures. Families DO NOT need to purchase pictures if they do not wish too, however, they should still bring their children to pose for the team photo. If parents do buy photos, part of the proceeds go to recreation. If they choose to purchase pictures, they can pay with credit cards, check, or cash. Parents will not be permitted to use their own cameras in the photography room. All pictures will be taken on the second floor of Vermeule Community Center. Players should wear full uniforms. Coaches should come to the picture session in order to be a part of the team picture and should wear their team shirt.
