2016 CALENDAR December 2015 - TIDE PRIDE year begins. Renewal invoices are mailed. Full or first installment of TIDE PRIDE contribution accepted. January 2016 - Actual donation/benefits breakdown from 2015 calendar year sent to all TIDE PRIDE members. February 1, 2016 - Full TIDE PRIDE contribution or first installment contribution due. Deadline for any contributions to be counted toward the 2016 football season for Tide Totals priority points calculations. March 2016 - Football ticket order forms mailed from Athletic Ticket Office. April 1, 2016 - Second TIDE PRIDE installment contribution due. May 2, 2016 - Football ticket order form due to Athletic Ticket Office. May 2016 - TIDE PRIDE seat location adjustment period begins. June 1, 2016 - Third and final TIDE PRIDE installment contribution due. August 2016 - TIDE PRIDE amenities mailed/shipped. Football tickets shipped from Athletic Ticket Office. September 1, 2016 - Second Tide Totals pr ior ity points calculated for post-season ticket allocations and other sports.
2016 TIDE PRIDE CREDIT CARD PROCEDURES The TIDE PRIDE program accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express credit/debit cards for full payment of TIDE PRIDE donations. Installment payments cannot be made on credit/debit cards. (Installment payments must be paid by check, cash or money order, with payments due February 1, April 1, and June 1.) Credit/debit card payments require a signature and cannot be made over the phone or by facsimile (FAX). Please complete the credit card information on the invoice and return to the TIDE PRIDE Office.
MATCHING GIFT INFORMATION Matching gift donors cannot use a credit/debit card for the customer portion of their donation. The University of Alabama’s policies require checks to be submitted along with the matching gift forms so that proper documentation can be provided. Matching gift payments may not be paid on-line. Only the tax deductible portion of the donor’s gift can be submitted for matching. All funds received for matching gift donations are deposited into either an academic fund or a scholarship fund, and they are strictly used for academic purposes.

All TIDE PRIDE contributions received on or before February 1, 2016, will count toward your Tide Totals priority points for the 2016 football season. The Tide Totals points program is used to determine priority in season ticket seat change requests, road game ticket allocations and car parking lot assignments. A second point calculation will be computed on September 1, 2016, for post-season ticket allocations and seat allocations for other sports. For more information on Tide Totals priority points, please refer to www.rolltide.com.
RENEWAL DEADLINE It is extremely important that at least one-third of your contribution is paid by check, cash or money order by February 1, 2016, for the upcoming 2016 football season. Any TIDE PRIDE members from whom we have not heard by February 1, 2016, may lose their membership and seats so that new members can be offered entry into TIDE PRIDE.

Go to the official site of the Crimson Tide, www.rolltide.com. Select Tickets Select “TIDE PRIDE Renewals” from the drop down menu Continue through the appropriate steps depending on whether you are a “Returning Online Customer” or a “First Time Online User”.
Returning Online Customers: 1. Under “Returning Online Customer” enter your TIDE PRIDE account number and the password used when previously activating your account and click “Sign In”. 2. Once you are logged into the site, follow the online instructions. Click on your designated club listed under “Pay TIDE PRIDE Donation” and follow the steps through “Submit Payment”. 3. Make sure you receive a confirmation email to verify payment. 4. E-mail [email protected] with questions.
