University of Pikeville FUTSAL TOURNAMENT RULES Rules: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11.
NCAA Rules; after the 5th foul each subsequent foul will result in a penalty kick. Fouls reset at halftime Sub on the fly, players must enter/exit at your bench…5 players on the court = penalty kick (4 field players plus GK playing) Field players may only play for one team Goals scored from anywhere on the field GK throws may go over half All kicks are direct (kick-off, kick-ins, etc.) Kick-ins restart play 3-foot space for kick-in NO offside 12 minute halves with a 2 minute halftime Point system: 3pts – win, 1pt – tie, 0pt – loss, 1pt – shutout

Head to Head Goal Differential Least Goals given up Most Goals scored 5-minute game, sudden death, followed by 3 penalty kicks (PKs from midfield)
