sent to site by Emad after a call from Charles Wilson, in the common area behind 805 s walter reed dr, underground elec feeder pipe falled between 805 and the building directly behind it, to get the building elec back up Harkins elec put a temp pipe on top of ground ran new wire thru it to refeed building while bids and permits are arranged for, harkins is to come get permit for what they did and whoever get the contract for perment underground repair will also need permit. At this time area is protected with yellow warning tape and a ramp over pipe. I spoke with Gregory Kendall chief engineer on site about the need to get this done, as well as check the simler feeder's to the other buildings in complex to avoid a repeat. there was a fire in the building that this temp feeder feeds on monday 10/05/2015, went by site and spoke with building eng and spoke with area manger for apart's about how to proceed and with the buildings age this could be a problem with all underground feeders on this site. Also explained harkins did not pull permit and I will call them called Halkins elec,301-893-4835, they will be comming in to pull permit for the emer repair they did, also perhaps a time line for the perment repair went bye to check if anything had been done to repair pipe no change,,spoke with a Gary Kendell 703-920-5477 who said he thought that a contract was being writen for woke to be done
