2017-2018 CLUB AFFILIATION For those Clubs who wish to enter Teams into any basketballscotland competition, this form must be completed and affiliation fee paid by: 31 st August 2017

Club Affiliation Section- To be completed by ALL Clubs who wish to Affiliate. Club Affiliation requires a payment of £75 unless affiliating as a new club for the first time where affiliation is free of charge. This amount affiliates your club to basketballscotland for the 2017-2018 season (1st August 2017 to 31st July 2018). Post a cheque or postal order made out to basketballscotland to: basketballscotland Caledonia House, South Gyle Edinburgh EH12 9DQ. Your affiliation does not begin until both a completed form AND payment is received. Affiliating your club with basketballscotland provides the following benefits: 

Club coverage by the basketballscotland liability insurance scheme.



Your club receives a vote at the basketballscotland AGM allowing you to impact the selection of our executive board and our core initiatives.



Affiliation insures we have the most up to date information on your club and allows us to connect interested players, coaches and officials in your area to you.
