2017 HEART OF AMERICA-ATSSA OLD KINDERHOOK FISHING TOURNAMENT Date : Tuesday, July 11th 2017 Time : 6 am* until 10 am Individual Requirements: 1. Missouri State Fishing License ( you may buy online or at any place that sells licenses like WalMart ) 2. Water or refreshments for boat (not supplied by guide service) all state of Missouri laws and regulations must be followed. TOURNAMENT RULES 1. *Must arrive at boat launch at 5:45 am in order to get into boats and go over rules ( #13 on included map) Old Kinderhook will help begin transporting from Hotel area around 5:30 am or you can arrive on your own. 2. All boats will launch at 6 am sharp. 3. All fishermen must comply with all rules and regulations and requirements of Hawg Stump Guide service, or any of their guides. 4. Live Bait is NOT Allowed in this tournament. 5. There is a 5 fish limit PER BOAT, of which the guide may fish and contribute 1 fish toward this total. The remaining 4 must be caught by the 2 other fishermen. 6. Fish must be kept alive until weight in, and then released back to lake 7. Total weight of all 5 fish combined is official boat “fish weight”, and the boat with the largest total weight is winner of tournament. 8. Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Spotted Bass are only fish legal for our tournament purposes for weigh-in. 9. Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass have a minimum limit of 15 inches. ALL others must be released. 10. Spotted Bass has a minimum limit of 12 inches. All others must be released. 11. Kinderhook Cove is OFF LIMITS TO FISHING 12. Boats that do not return by 10 am to check in ( Boat Launch - #13 on included map ) will not be allowed to enter official weigh-in. Official clock will be held by Kevin Shelton 13. All Fishermen are required to wear life jacket while fishing. 14. In the event of a “Tie” for combined boat weight, the Tie Breaker will be as follows: a. Largest Length of Largemouth Bass b. Largest length of Smallmouth Bass c. Largest Length of Spotted Bass 15. Any and all others conflicts or questions regarding tournament will be discussed and answered by HOA Board Rep’s Randy Barth, Jay Bruemmer and Barb Ruggeri 16. Official weigh In ceremony will be held behind the lodge at the new stage area (#9 on included map). EVERYONE is welcome to attend. 17. Guides must observe All Lake Rules, No Wake Areas etc. 18.
