Dear Captains, Congratulations to you and your team for winning your Combo League and qualifying to compete in Illinois State Championships. General information is listed below. Other important documents are included in the championship folder on the MSITA website. Tournament Entry Fees: 6.5W Combo $102 7.5W Combo $204 8.5W Combo $204 Please pay entry fee at the tournament desk and make one check payable to MSITA. Captain’s Registration: 1. Captains and their team members who are participating in the match are required to register 45 minutes prior to their first match and 30 minutes before each additionally scheduled match. Be prepared to play as soon as registration is complete. 2. Line-up sheets will be provided for your matches. All Line-ups must be submitted to the tournament desk no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled match. Tournament Information: Rules & Forms: The 2017 USTA/Midwest Section Championship Rules and Regulations https://www.usta.com/en/home/play/play-as-a-member/midwest/LeagueDocuments.html Court Surface: Hard courts Locker Rooms: Locker rooms available. Please bring your own towels. Water: Water and ice are available. Match Times: Matches will be called as soon as courts are available but no sooner than 30 minutes prior to the published match time. Rest Period: A minimum rest period of 60 minutes will be allowed between matches. Players who wish to waive this rest period may do so. Eligibility: A minimum of six players who were on the final local roster must be available to compete. A captain must request a waiver to participate with fewer than this number. Please notify your District USTA League Coordinator as soon as possible if less than the required number of players will be attending the championships.
