2017 MEMBERSHIPS Full Golf Membership-Ages 40 and above Benefits include all social membership privileges plus golf privileges. Driving range use and golf lessons are available. Full golf members are eligible to participate in all club golf functions and to join the Men’s Golf Association, Women’s Groups or Tuesday Night League. Full golf members may make tee times up to 14 days in advance. Additionally, membership also includes full privileges at 20 other golf courses located in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin and Florida. Initiation fee - Waived

Additionally, membership includes limited privileges at 25 other golf courses located in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin and Florida. Initiation fee – Waived

Non Resident Membership Membership includes unlimited use of the amenities including the Pool, Tennis Courts, Restaurant Dining and limited golf. Non Resident members can only play 10 rounds of golf in a season. 2017 MEMBER AGEEMENT The undersigned member does hereby agree to the following: Upon signing this agreement, the member will receive all privileges associated with the membership classification selected with no monthly dues to be paid until last day of month joined. A bank account number and credit card number will be required to be on file always with the Club. The undersigned understands and acknowledges that he or she will be responsible for paying monthly dues and usage charges 30 days after receiving their statement. The member authorizes the Club to charge his or her bank account or credit card for any past due account balance not paid within 45 days of mailing of the monthly statement. There will be no minimum spending or automatic gratuity for food and beverages. The undersigned agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
