2017 Field Set-up Responsibilities 1. Arrive 1 hour prior to the first game 2. Retrieve the Platinum Sponsor banners (8) from the storage garage and hang on the west fence to the north of the ticket booth 3. Retrieve the following items from the storage garage next to the Ticket Booth and take them by cart to the 50 yard line on the visitor side of the field. Blue Rubbermaid Game Day bin 2 folding tables 2 folding chairs Orange water cooler (fill with water from concessions before taking to field) Orange cones (if they are not with the cart look in the storage room at NE corner of grandstands or at west 50 yard near the fence on the track) 2 Tents (these are needed if forecast calls for rain or hot temperatures-otherwise leave in the garage 4. Make sure the orange possession cone is on the cart. This is used only for girls games 5. Large table is the score table. Set this up at the 50 yard line with chairs 6. Small table is for the water jug and cups. Set up on the track behind the score table 7. Place the orange cones on the field based upon the field diagram Girls 10 cones (4 at corners at back of end zone; 4 at restraining lines-30 yard line; 2 at 45 yard lines by score table) Boys 7 cones (4 at corners half way thru end zone; 1 at 50 yard line across from teams; 2 at 45 yard line by teams) 8. Raise the American Flag (in the Blue Bin) on the pole at the South end of the field 9. Put up the tents if appropriate
