Please note: If choosing to have your floral order delivered to the Marriott Marquis, please first confirm the recipient has a room reserved at the hotel. Provide the recipients full name, mobile number, and the date you would like your order delivered from Flowers on Fourteenth. If it is discovered that the guest is NOT staying at the Marriott Marquis, the flowers will be delivered on the date requested to the Academy’s onsite Staff Office (Salon 16). If the flowers are not delivered/received as expected, please call Flowers on Fourteenth directly for the status of your order. Academy staff will not have information on floral orders. Floral orders distributed by Flowers on Fourteenth for the Induction Ceremony on Saturday evening must be picked up in Marquis Salon 15 between 3:30pm – 5:30pm. Flowers not picked up by 5pm will be left unattended on a table with the recipient’s name listed on the arrangement. In order to keep the induction ceremony flowing without disruption, flower arrangements MAY NOT be given to a new Fellow during their induction. We ask that you please respect this policy. You are welcome to order flowers from another florist however the Academy takes no responsibility for the receipt of the flowers, nor will be able to help you locate them. Please be sure to take note of the alternate florist’s name and their after-hours phone number in case the floral order needs to be traced.
