Registration Requirements:
Competitors must register for this contingency program 30 days before the NASA Championship event with Ford Performance Parts online at:
https://fordracingparts.com/register/default.asp Program eligibility requires competitors to submit complete registration information including a completed W9 Form 30 days before the NASA Championship event. Usage Requirements:

1. Competitors must compete with a 2005+ Ford Mustang or 99+ Ford Focus to be eligible for this program. 2. Decals Requirement: YES 3. Patch Requirement: Yes, Ford Performance on upper right chest. 4. # of Decals: 4 5. Location: One Ford Performance decal and one Ford Blue Oval decal must be prominently displayed on each side of the vehicle. No exceptions will be made for this rule. 6. Decal availability: Decals will be provided upon registering with Ford Performance Parts. Additional decals can be acquired by contacting Carrie Nolan at Ford Performance: [email protected] or call 1-313-390-9769. AI, AIX, Spec Iron, PTC, PTD, PTE, PTF, ST1, ST2, ST3, ST4 SU Award amounts listed above are CASH totals. A minimum of 5 starters per class are required before this contingency program is activated. Complete registration information including completed W9 form must be on file with Ford Performance for program eligibility. Product awards are presented to 1st-3rd place finishers for the main NASA Championship race only. Competitors may only collect contingency for a single class per race group. To collect contingency awards following the NASA Championships, please contact Ford Performance directly at the contact information provided above. Contingency claims must be presented within 30 days of the conclusion of the NASA Championships. Competitors may also be required to submit a copy of the official results along with a picture of their vehicle showing the required decals in place during the event. Contingency awards are non-transferable. See Payout schedule above for award amounts. This optional contingency program is verified by NASA and paid for by Ford Performance. Any additional questions can be directed to the contact info above. Ford Performance retains the right to change the program details at anytime during 2017.
