2017 Little League Season Re: Auction Donations Dear Friends, Neighbors and Local Businesses, Thousand Oaks Little League (TOLL) is a non-profit community organization, affiliated with Little League Baseball, Inc. and a Chartered Member of Positive Coaching Alliance. Overseen by an elected volunteer Board of Directors, TOLL provides its program to more than 400 youths from the eastern half of Thousand Oaks. The primary purpose of Thousand Oaks Little League is to provide a program of organized youth baseball for all players between the ages of 4 and 18, offering both formal instruction and competition. TOLL will be holding its Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser on April 28, 2017 at Tierra Rejada Golf Club. We expect an estimated 150 Thousand Oaks area coaches, parents, friends and relatives. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to fund improvement projects at the baseball facilities that will enhance children’s experiences and continue to provide an atmosphere where everyone is an All Star! In past years, generous local merchants have donated services and products for this event ranging from dining experiences, merchant gift cards, special event tickets, vacation getaways and celebrity/sports memorabilia. All donors will receive recognition at our event and your donation is tax deductible. (The Non Profit Tax ID is 23-7156367.) If you would like to make a donation, please fill out the attached “Donation Form” and return it to the address below with your donation. If special pick up arrangements need to be made, please do not hesitate to contact us. It is because of the support from community business and organizations such as yours that we are able to provide our children with the best experience possible.
