2017 ILLINOIS HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL COACHES ASSOC. – CLINIC RECRUITNG FAIR The 2017 Illinois High School Football Coaches Association – Clinic will be held March 30 – April 1 in Champaign Illinois. Clinic activities are spread between two area hotels and the University of Illinois football complex. The host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn located about one mile from Memorial Stadium at the University of Illinois. The Recruiting Fair is open to all College and University football programs not recognized as FBS schools (NCAA Bylaw 13.1.7.4.5.1). This recruiting fair will be a one day event held on March 31st at the Hilton Garden Inn in the Alumni Room from 8:00AM till 7:00 PM. The Alumni Room is a large space within close proximity to the registration area, exhibit hall and many of the speaking venues. The idea behind this fair is two-fold: 1) Provides Colleges and Universities a recognized area to plan, in advance, meet & greets with potential Illinois High School Football Coaches that have “desirable” student athletes. 2) Provides Illinois High School Football Coaches an opportunity to present “desirable” student athletes that maybe going unnoticed in the typically recruiting process. The cost for a table is $250. The table will be 6’ and come with a few chairs. Your table can be setup with general information or be used as a meeting space. In addition to the networking available through your space, your payment also includes access to all of the speaking sessions (including notes) and the Friday night cookout at Memorial Stadium. The Illinois High School Football Coaches Associations thinks this opportunity is a Win Win for both their high school coaches and participating College and or University Football Staff.
