Participants will be able to schedule matches throughout the week at the most convenient time for both players 6. Each player will have one match scheduled per week. That match must be played within that week (Monday - Sunday). The time that appears on the online schedule is the Score Reporting Deadline, not the scheduled match time 7. It will be the responsibility of the “Home Team” player (or captain) to contact the “Away Team” player (or captain) to schedule a time and make reservations. In the event that the Home Team does not initiate contact, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT THE REMAINING PLAYER (CAPTAIN) MAKES FIRST CONTACT. You are the Home Team if your schedule says “vs.” opponent; you are the Away Team if your schedule reads “@” opponent. Both teams are ultimately responsible for contacting their opponent and playing the match. If you have attempted contacting them several times with no response please contact the Intramural Sports Program Manager prior to the reporting deadline 8. Forfeits will be assessed to players not making contact to schedule a match or not reporting scores to Intramural Sports by the deadline 9. Report scores and any problems to [email protected].
