2017 Knox CoLLege JFL FooTBaLL CamP
The Knox College JFL Football Camp is open to players who are entering grades 1-6 in the 2017-18 school year. If you want to learn more about the game of football or your objective is to get a step up on the competition, this camp is for you! The Knox College Football staff will provide four days of fundamental instruction for first through sixth graders on the artificial turf of Knox College’s Knosher Bowl. (In the event of severe weather, camp will be held inside T. Fleming Fieldhouse.)

All participants will receive a camp t-shirt.

Release of Liability and Consent for Treatment
I hereby give my consent to allow my child to attend the Knox College JFL Football Camp. I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would prevent my child’s participation in this camp. As part of camp enrollment, I understand that I must have suitable insurance to cover my child’s injuries and/or illnesses. I acknowledge that I have insurance that will cover all injuries and/or illness my child might sustain. I hereby authorize the Knox College JFL Football Camp staff to act for me in any emergency requiring medical attention. I hereby waive and release Knox College and its trustees, employees, and agents from any and all liability (except for gross negligence) for any injuries and/or illnesses incurred while at the Knox College JFL Football Camp.
