Box 141 Mishawaka, IN 46546 Facilities Location: 600 Kline St. Mishawaka, IN 46545 www.eastendmbsa.org / [email protected] Team Sponsorship Opportunities with East End MBSA and Mishawaka East End All team sponsors will have their business name and logo on team uniforms: • All team sponsors will have their business logo and name prominently displayed on the uniform shirts of the players and coaches of the team(s) they sponsor. • Each team consists of approximately 12 players and 3 coaches • The uniform shirts are to be worn at each game and are the property of the players and coaches who will continue to wear their uniform shirts, with pride, in the community for years to come. All team sponsors will have their business name and logo on a field displayed banner: • An all weather banner, with your business name and logo, will be displayed in the outfield your sponsored team will play on for the season. All team sponsors will be displayed and represented on the East End MBSA web site: • The team sponsors will have their business logo and name listed and displayed prominently on the East End MBSA web site. (www.eastendmbsa.org) • The team sponsor will have their business web site linked to the displayed logo opening extended avenues of traffic to your web site. • Our web site will be used for the majority of the season long player communications. With over 400 players, and their families, utilizing the web site consistently for communication there will be a very high volume of traffic daily during the season.
All team sponsors will be recognized on our Facebook page as well as marketed throughout the park during the season on “Grand Slam Radio” • All sponsors will be identified on our Facebook page in a “Thank you and Support” Post that will also link to your Facebook Page (if available) • Mishawaka East End produces a ballpark only radio station called “Grand Slam Radio” (GSR) that plays before and between games at the park. GSR is a recorded mix of music and advertisements. All team sponsors will have a professionally produced commercial broadcasts between music on GSR throughout the seasons.
There is a limit of team sponsorships available so please reserve your team sponsorship as soon as possible.
Team Sponsorship Opportunities:

Your business will be the proud sponsor of one East End MBSA team Your business will be afforded all items listed under “Team Sponsorship Opportunities” and identified as a Team Level Sponsor.
Organization Level: $1,000 • •
Your business will be the proud sponsor of three (3) East End MBSA teams with one (1) team across three divisions of a baseball or softball. Your business will be afforded all items listed under “Team Sponsorship Opportunities” and receive three banners (one for each field of play for all three teams sponsored).
Facility Based Sponsorship Opportunities Park Sponsor: $200 • •

The Park Sponsor will have an all weather banner, with your business name and logo, displayed prominently in our park. The Park Sponsor will receive East End MBSA web site exposure and social media exposure as well as receive mention in an inclusive “Park Sponsor” commercial broadcasts on in facility Grand Slam Radio Your business may elect to purchase additional banner opportunities at $175 per additional sign. Your business may elect to obtain a banner on each of our six (6) fields for a total of $1,000 (A $200 Discount)

Your business’s name will be stamped on each game ball used during our approximately 300 games across all divisions of either baseball or softball. Your business will be identified as the Game Ball sponsor on all web site, publication and announcement opportunities available.

The opportunity is available for your business to have the naming rights to one of our six (6) fields of play at our park for one season. The Field Sponsor will have an all weather EXTRA LARGE banner displayed across the home plate fencing identifying your business as the Field Sponsor (Naming can be made in Memorial as well) Your business will receive East End MBSA web site exposure as well as inclusion into the East End MBSA sponsorship bags and added sponsorship opportunities when available. Your business may sponsor a field for a total of two (2) years for only $2,000 (A $1,000 Discount)

2017 Capital Projects:
Picnic Table Sponsor: $750 Your donation will purchase 1 highly durable 46” square commercial grade steel picnic table. Each picnic table will have perforated steal seats and tops and durable weather resistant UV stabilized thermoplastic finish. These great additions to our park are expected to last from 6-‐10 years and will assist in offering our families shaded areas to congregate and watch the games. Your one time donation will be identified prominently on the purchased picnic table for the life of the table.
Heavy Duty Metal Trash Receptacle Sponsor: $250 Your donation will purchase 1 rugged 1/8” thick, 11 gauge steel frame thermoplastic coated 32 gallon trash receptacle. These industrial grade outdoor weather, rust and mold resistant receptacles are heavy duty and perfect for our park. The cost of trash bags, annual replacement of beaten up plastic cans, and everyday picking up blown trash will be eliminated by these donations. The cans are expected to last from 6-‐10 years. Your one time donation will be identified prominently on the purchased trash receptacle for the life of the receptacle.
Scoreboard Sponsor: $4,000 (Limit Only 2 Sponsor Available)
Your donation will purchase and install 1 electronic scoreboard for one of our 6 fields. The scoreboards are a must for our players and families. Currently our current scoreboards are not operational and in disrepair. Without functioning scoreboards we are unable to host regional and state tournaments nor feasibly hold our own tournaments or rent our fields to assist in generating needed income for our facilities. The scoreboards are expected to last from 6-‐10 years. Your one time donation will be identified prominently on the purchased scoreboard for its life and use in our park.
Pavilion Sponsor: $5,000 (Limit Only 6 Sponsor Available)
Your donation will purchase and construct 1 10’ x 10’ covered pavilion. The pavilions provide shelter and shade for families and large groups during the summer months. Our organization can also use these pavilions as added amenities to include when seeking to host State and Regional tournaments as well as to attract rental usage of our fields. The pavilions are expected to last from 10-‐15 years. Your one time donation will be identified prominently on the purchased pavilion for its life and use in our park.
Security Perimeter Fence Sponsor: $17,000 (Donations can be partial as well) The security of our facilities is our number one priority and the need for proper security fencing cannot be pushed aside any longer. Our facility is open and being open allows for vandals and thieves. In the past few years we have spent thousands repairing costs that could be avoided with proper perimeter fencings. The above total is a combination of several current estimates. We will prioritize the sections to be erected as the funding becomes available if the entire project cannot be supported at one time. Donations of $2,500 or more will result in the prominent display of your company’s generosity on sections of the fence and on a plaque displayed at the entrances to the park.
Equipment Needs / Concession Stand Sponsor: All Levels of Support Welcome There are a long list of equipment and supply needs for our organization this season from replacement of three of our Jugs pitching machines ($1,500 a piece) to the purchase of two portable pitcher mounds ($1,300 a piece) and Base equipment ($250) to facilitate tournaments for revenue. Any amount you would be willing to support any of our capital projects would be greatly appreciated. You could identify the amount and what you would like the money ear marked for and we will make sure you will be recognized for your generosity.
