4 games guaranteed (weather permitting), 3 seeding games into single elimination

Awards:
1st and 2nd Place Trophies Individual Game MVP medals for seeding games only
Note:
All games, except 8u, will have 2 umpires per game, including seeding play.
Refunds:
All entry fees are non-refundable after 06/01/17 if your team is unable to play. If three or more games played no refund. If 2 or less games are played due to weather then the refund will be $137.50 per game not played.
Entry Rules: USSSA and ASA “B” teams will be in one pool on Saturday with a re-seeding on Sunday. If there are enough teams there will be both “A” and “B” brackets on Sunday with 1st and 2nd place winners. A deposit is required to hold a spot and an approved COI (see next page for exact requirements) is necessary to play.

I recognize the risk of illness and injury in any exercise, physical fitness, or athletic event and am participating in the Monroe Thunder Summer Classic Tournament upon the express agreement and understanding that I am herby waiving and releasing MTGSA and Monroe Thunder, it’s officers, directors, agents, and other associated organizations that are participating in this event, from any and all claims, costs, liabilities, expenses , or judgements including attorney’s fees and court costs (herein, collectively “Claims”) arising out of my or my team’s participation in the aforesaid event or any illness, injury and/or death resulting there from and herby agree to indemnify and hold harmless MTGSA and Monroe Thunder and it’s participating associations and others from and against all such Claims. The tournament reserves the right to alter the tournaments format due to cancellations and/or weather related difficulties with partial or no refunds.
