2017 NWAL Division Blue 3 Divisionals Meet Announcement and Information for Parents When:
Saturday, June 17th, 2017 Meet begins at 8:00 AM; doors open at 6:00 AM

Warmups:
7:00 AM to 7:15 AM: RVX (Lanes 1-4) + HUNT (Lanes 5-8) 7:15 AM to 7:30 AM: KWD (Lanes 1-4) + TNW (Lanes 5-8) 7:30 AM to 7:45 AM: HMR (Lanes 1-4) + BSST (Lanes 5-8)
Eligibility:
All swimmers who have an official time in an event are eligible to swim that event at Divisionals. Time trial (mock meet) times are not eligible to enter.
Onsite Rules:
1) Set‐up indoors. Team areas will be marked off in the main gymnasium. 2) No set‐up or camping in the natatorium bleachers. Bleacher capacity should always be in flux based on the swimmers in the water. Please watch your children swim and then vacate the bleachers for the next parents. 3) Only authorized swimmers, officials & volunteers are allowed on the swim deck and in the ready bench area. For announced events, please make sure swimmers get to the ready bench area and then we’ll take them from there.
T‐Shirts:
T‐shirts will be sold onsite at the meet by Fine Designs, Inc. Please see their ad attached to this informational flyer. Fine Designs has all team logos on file for limitless T-shirt and souvenir possibilities.
Concessions:
Concessions will be available both within the Gymnasium set-up area, as well as near the ready bench area. A selection of breakfast and lunch items will be available, featuring menu items included in the next pages.
Awards:
Individual: Medals for places 1 thru 8; Ribbons for places 9 thru 12. Relays: Medals for places 1 thru 6. Team trophy presentation upon conclusion of the meet.
