Property Owner Memberships Mandatory Property Owner Membership Required for homes and/or lots in the following Barton Creek neighborhoods: Amarra Drive Calera Court Calera Drive Canyons Governors Hill Mirador Wimberly Lane Verano Dr.

No Transfer Fee and Monthly Dues of $335 plus tax
Optional Property Owner Membership* An optional membership may convey for homes/lots in the following Barton Creek neighborhoods: The Terraces The Ridge The Foothills Woods I Woods II North Rim The Fairways Transfer fee of $1,000 plus tax and Monthly Dues of $335 plus tax *A Membership does not necessarily convey for homes or lots in optional neighborhoods. To confirm availability, contact the Membership department. The specific address must be provided.
Membership Includes Private clubhouse offering dining and social activities Fitness amenities including an 11,000 sq. ft. facility and complimentary group classes Private Members pool Recreation activities year round for children of all ages Complimentary Kids Club available 7 days a week Access to the Three Springs Spa with preferred Member pricing
Additional Details *Property Owner Members do not have access to the golf courses, practice facilities or tennis. If vacancies exist, the Membership can be upgraded and the current Golf or Sport initiation fee would apply.
