At the Trussville Civic Center What to bring to registration: • Completed forms from web site • Proof of Trussville residency (2 Utility bills with same address or deed) • Registration fee of $300.00 (SR 2 registration is $350.00) o This registration fee covers most all your daughter will need for the season including uniform, camp clothes, shoes, porn poms, bag, trophy and ribbons! • Your daughter is not required to attend
