2017 UCA Band Day Saturday, September 30, 2017 Registration includes: • Band Day T-Shirt for all Student Participants • Rehearsal with the UCA Bear Marching Band • A special performance by the UCA Bear Marching Band for all participants • Admission to UCA Football Game • Performance at the UCA Football Game Halftime
UCA Band Day tentative schedule: 10:00 AM Load and Leave MCHS 11:00-12:30pm BMB rehearsal 12:45pm BMB performance for band day participants 1:00-3:30pm All Bands rehearsal on field 4:00pm Stadium seating for visiting bands 4:45pm Stadium rehearsal ends, concessions available 5:30pm Return to stadium seating 5:45pm Bear Marching Band Pre-game 6:00pm Kick off. Go Bears! 7:30pm Approximate half-time performance 9:00 Approximate end of game 9:30 Approximate UCA Bear Marching Band 5th Quarter Performance 10:00 PM Return/Arrive MCHS
MCHS Bus Gas Fee for this trip is $4.00. This is due Thursday, September 28th, 2017. You will pay the front MCHS office during homeroom. (not Mrs. Pool) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Permission: I allow my student to ride the MCHS bus back and forth from Conway, AR (University of Central Arkansas) on September 30th, 2017 for UCA Band day.
