Exhibit Space Cancellation All cancellations must be made in writing to AUVSI at 2700 S. Quincy St., Suite 400, Arlington, VA 22206, USA with a copy via email to [email protected]. It is the company's responsibility to confirm receipt of cancellation requests with AUVSI. Should company want to cancel, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of total fee. No payments or deposits will be refunded due to cancellations. The date upon which the written notice of cancellation is received shall apply as the official cancellation date. Upon company's notification of cancellation, AUVSI reserves the right to resell the opportunity. In its sole discretion, AUVSI reserves the right to reject an opportunity, including from those companies and organizations that AUVSI deems detrimental to the success of AUVSI.
An exhibitor booth personnel badge provides access to the conference, exhibit hall, continental breakfasts, breaks, and networking receptions for all three days of the event. *Member Discount for Exhibitors: Company must be an organizational member of AUVSI at the time of contracting and at the time of the event.
