2018 Exhibitor Pricing
Standard Booth: $2000.00* Includes 6x6 booth space with a 6-foot table with table cover and draping, two chairs, wastebasket and one complimentary conference registration. Deluxe Booth: $3000.00* Includes 10x10 booth space with an 8-foot table with table cover and draping, two chairs, wastebasket and two complimentary conference registrations. *Space is Limited! No additional booth fees, Hotel fees, or credit card on file required. Cocktail round tables can be substituted for standard tables for both packages above.
Exhibitors should submit a signed Exhibitor Agreement Form and payment no later than May 15, 2018 in order to be included in all final conference material. You must register online at www.mountainconnect.org and select Register Now button. NOTE that credit card payments can be made on our registration website. Exhibit Setup/Teardown Booth Setup: Exhibitors should plan on setting up your booths between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 11, 2018. Booth Teardown: Exhibitors may not tear down their booth until Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. NOTE: Hotel required order form including power, shipping, Wi-Fi, contact information, etc., will follow upon confirmation of booth space. Assignment of booth space is determined on a first come, first served basis with an exception to our top tier sponsors.

Submit your completed 2018 Mountain Connect Exhibitor Agreement Form Note that the registration process is configured to accommodate the appropriate “complimentary” registration(s) appropriate for the booth option selected. If, for example, you choose the Standard Booth option and wish to register two individuals, you will have to register the second individual as a conference attendee.
