2018 LOCAL RULES - BASEBALL ALL DIVISIONS 1. All local rules and regulations contained in the Little League Baseball and Softball Rule Books will be strictly adhered to. The only exceptions will be those rules specifically modified by the local league rules. 2. GAMES : All rescheduled games must be played when assigned by the scheduling officer (Division reps) 3. All PBLL Divisions will follow all rules specified in the 2018 Baseball rule books with the following exceptions: a. T-BALL: will follow rules and guidelines as per PBLL T-Ball Handout. b. MINOR B: Division will follow modified rules contained in PBLL B-Minor Handout. c. MINOR A: Division will follow 2018 L.L. Baseball rules with the exception of the following: • Each team will have only THREE steals per inning • During weekday games, a new inning cannot be started after 7:30 pm, except for playoffs, then umpire’s discretion when to start new inning • Saturday games are to be stopped TEN minutes before the next scheduled game, except if game had a delayed start due to weather. • There will be a TWO-HOUR hard time limit on Saturdays 4. SENIOR BOYS • • •

All weekday games will be scheduled for a 7pm start. No new inning may begin after 9:15pm, and all games MUST end by 9:45pm. 10-Run rule is in effect Pool Players permitted

5. MAJOR BOYS • • • •

10-Run rule is in effect Continuous batting order will be used in REGULAR season ONLY with free substitution. No pool players permitted No call ups in last two weeks of season

NOTE: Only uniforms issued by the PBLL are to be worn during games, with NO variations! Players arriving late due to school games may participate wearing a school baseball/softball uniform. The PBLL strongly encourages ALL late arriving “school” players to wear their PBLL issued uniforms.
