WHAT EQUIPMENT TO BRING
I hereby grant permission for my child, ____________________________________________________
to participate in the Tim Beck Skills Camp. My child has not suffered any illnesses in the past that would make participation in the camp a risk. I further agree to release from any liability, the Tim Beck Skills Camp, its staff, Pittsburg State University and the Kansas Board of Regents for any injury or illness suffered by my child while attending or traveling to or from this camp. I further authorize the staff of the Tim Beck Skills Camp to act for me in case of any medical emergency because of injury or illness to my child, I acknowledge that I am aware that participation in this camp will require physical activities of a nature which could result in injury to participants not withstanding the absence of fault on the part of the camp, its staff, Pittsburg State University and the Kansas Board of Regents. I am hereby authorizing my child to participate in these activities. I realize that by allowing my child to participate in the Tim Beck Skills Camp he is assuming a certain amount of risk and that he could suffer a severe injury. A certified trainer will be on staff at all times. I am hereby authorizing by child to participate in these activities.

Camp Philosophy This Camp is a football instructional camp designed to teach fundamental skills and techniques by position. Each position will be taught specifically how we tach our players here at Pittsburg State. Each emphasis by position will be as follows; QuarterBack - Throwing Mechanics, RPO Footwork and reads, and QB Run Game Footwork Running Back - Incorporate drills and instruction that will focus on ball security, run game footwork and catching the ball out of the back field. Wide Receivers - Incorporate drills and instruction that will focus on Stance, Release Techniques, Route Running, Catching fundamentals and Elusiveness Tight Ends - Run game footwork, on and off the line releases, Second level blocks and Route Running Corners - Drills and Instruction that will focus on getting out of breaks, Transitioning your feet and Man Techniques

Safeties - Set the Edge Tackles, Inside out tackles, Back Pedal Technique and coming out of breaks Linebackers - Work on Having great eyes with keys, reads and fits. Agility drills for lateral and vertical burst and man techniques against the RB.
