כיל ( )NYSE and TASE: ICLהודיעה היום ,בהמשך לפרסום דוחותיה הכספיים לשנת 2016ב15- במארס ,2017כי הקו העסקי 'כיל דשנים מיוחדים' ,שעד לאחרונה פעל תחת חטיבת פתרונות מיוחדים, ישולב בחטיבת מינרלים חיוניים .הודעה זו פורסמה לאחר שהנושא צוין בדוחותיה הכספיים של החברה לשנת ,2016מה 15-במארס .2017 העברת 'כיל דשנים מיוחדים' אל חטיבת המינרלים החיוניים מהווה חלק ממאמציה של הנהלת החברה למקד את פעילותה העסקית והתעשייתית במסגרת שתי חטיבות ' -מינרלים חיוניים' שתתבסס על שוקי האגרו, ו'פתרונות מיוחדים' המשמשת כחטיבה התעשייתית של החברה .ניהול 'כיל דשנים מיוחדים' תחת חטיבת מינרלים חיוניים צפוי ליצור סינרגיות לאור התשתית העסקית ובסיס הלקוחות של 'כיל דשנים מיוחדים' והקווים העסקיים האחרים שמהווים חלק מחטיבת האגרו .המהלך מרחיב את הפורטפוליו של החטיבה ,כך שיכלול מגוון רחב של מוצרי קומודיטי וכן 'מוצרים מיוחדים' 'וסמי-מיוחדים' דוגמת הפוליפוספט ,דשן ידידותי לסביבה המתאים למערכות חקלאיות אורגניות. בהמשך ההודעה מצורפים נתוני פרו-פורמה פיננסיים של שתי החטיבות העסקיות של החברה' -מינרלים חיוניים' ו'פתרונות מיוחדים' -כש'כיל דשנים מיוחדים' משולבת בחטיבת מינרלים חיוניים לשנות הכספים 2015 ,2014ו ,2016-וכן לפי פילוח רבעוני לשנים 2015ו.2016- טבלאות אלו זמינות בפורמט אקסל ,להורדה לחץ>>.
