FORESTRY The timber resource is composed of variable-age loblolly pine plantation with a history of professional management for pulpwood and saw timber production. The forest has two distinct stands. The smaller stand was harvested in 2003 and offers 71 acres ± of 13-year-old pine poised to transition into higher-value merchantable volume. The larger stand was established in 1983 and last thinned in 2011, containing 179 acres ± of mature timber available for near-term harvest.

DIRECTIONS & ACCESS From Whitesville Road (Route 30), turn north on Whaleys Road. Travel 0.4 miles to three-way intersection with Truitt and Kings Crossing Roads. Travel north on Kings Crossing Road 0.5 miles to property boundary on the westerly side of Kings Crossing Road; or continue west on Whaleys Road 0.6 miles to the property boundary on the easterly side of Whaleys Road. Primary access is on the west side of Kings Crossing Road.
