Basics on the bike program Bicycles are available for use to all employees of tenants of 2655 & 2695 starting at 9:00 a.m. each day on a “First Come First Serve” basis. The individual that wants to borrow the bike will be required to visit the Building Management Office (Suite 130 – 2655 North Sheridan Way) to sign-out a bicycle. This bike will be signed out for a short term at absolutely no charge. The individual signing out the bike will be required to sign a standard waiver and liability form and provide a copy of identification in order to use a bike. These high quality bikes are maintained by McCor and are fully loaded with commuter accessories and safety equipment such as basket affixed, flashing front and rear lights, kryptonite U-Lock and a helmet. This program will be of great benefit to individuals who wish to run quick errands or exercise and is an environmentally friendly travel option.

Basics on the gym All full-time and regular part-time employees of all Corporate Tenants within the Promontory are eligible to access the Fitness Centre located on the P1 level. The annual membership fee is $165 (plus HST). Six month memberships are also available for a fee of $110 (plus HST). No monthly memberships. The Fitness Centre is open 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Showers and change rooms are available. Lockers are provided to members to use while in the facility but not as long term storage.
