WHEREAS, Outside Bike & Brew was founded in 2014 to celebrate tl1e burgeoning craft beer industry and to showcase the phenomenal cycling in and arotmd Santa Fe; and

WH:EREAS, the event promotes healthy living, enjoyment of the great outdoors, and the

intersection of craft beer and cycling culture through including bike movies, beer festivals, beer
19
dinners and live concerts; and

with the stated regulations in Sectiot123-6.3 SFCC 1987.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Section 23-6.2 SFCC 1987 requires the following information be included in the 'authorizing resolution; l.
Date and time: This event will take place May 18-21, 2017, and annually
thereafter, and shall be an all-day event on the authorized dates.
