To select printer model, touch the arrow and a pull down menu appears with a list of printers. Select appropriate printer. Blank line option refers to receipt printouts for customers and kitchen employees. Typically, we recommend 2 blank lines for kitchen printers and 0 for USB thermal printers. Before saving a printer, print a test page. For troubleshooting purposes, if you are having printer problems and need to delete print jobs, the “delete all print jobs” feature will delete them.

Requisition Routings Requisitions are designed to setup printing pathways for menu items to be sent to printers located throughout your establishment. A bar requisition is setup to have bar menu items print at the bar printer, whereas food menu items will print to kitchen printer. Below is a requisition routing screen shot. Here are a few examples, the bar routing is connected with a USB Thermal printer and the Hot Kitchen Routing is connected with the Kitchen printer. Because the bar routing is connected with the USB Thermal printer, when a menu item is setup with the bar requisition, it will print at the USB Thermal printer.
