                                                                                                                                                                                                                             3 C Consulting, LLC     Partnership  for  Successful  Living               10/30/13   45  High  Street   Nashua,  NH  03064   Attn:  Peter  Kelleher   President  and  CEO     Dear  Mr.  Kelleher,     We  are  pleased  to  provide  you  with  the  following  proposal  for  the  strategic  communications   and  branding  efforts  of  the  Partnership  for  Successful  Living.    At  3  C  Consulting,  we  pride   ourselves  on  putting  the  client  first.    As  President  and  CEO,  you  or  your  designee  will  have  final   approval  of  all  work  generated  by  3  C  Consulting  and  retain  the  rights  to  any  marketing  or   other  materials  generated.     In  addition,  3  C  Consulting  will  provide  access  to  media  outlets,  political  personalities,  planning   of  strategy  for  overall  communications  for  the  Partnership  as  well  as  communications  for  each   of  the  member  agencies  that  fit  within  the  overall  strategic  plan.     The  enclosed  proposal  covers  a  six  (6)  month  time  period.    To  reach  the  Partnership’s  long-­‐ term  goals  of  becoming  the  standard  for  providing  services  in  this  collaborative  manner,  and   for  the  services  provided  the  Partnership’s  member  agencies  will  take  3  –  5  years.    The  6   months  covered  in  this  proposal  will  lay  the  foundation  for  all  future  work.     Pricing  is  provided  in  a  menu  format  based  on  the  level  of  service  in  each  option.  3  C  Consulting   will  work  with  you  to  develop  a  services  offering  and  price  point  that  best  suits  the   Partnership’s  needs  and  budget.     Enclosed  please  find  the  proposal  for  3  C  Consulting’s  plan  to  assist  the  Partnership  for   Successful  Living  with  their  Marketing  and  Visibility,  goals.    Specifically:   • To  effectively  communicate  the  mission,  progress,  and  outcomes  of  the  Partnership   agencies.   • To  inspire  greater  communication  about  the  Collaborative  model  nationally  and   establish  the  Partnership  as  an  example  to  emulate.   • To  increase  funding  revenues  by  streamlining  communications  across  existing  social   media  outlets,  traditional  media,  and  new,  to  be  determined  outlets   • To  increase  political  awareness,  and  increase  advocacy  for  the  issues  the  Partnership   finds  are  confronting  its  clients   • To  assist  in  the  fulfillment  of  local  strategy  plans  as  well  as  the  creation  of  the   Partnership’s  own  strategy  for  the  coming  years.     At  3  C  Consulting,  we  feel  a  strong  connection  to  the  Partnership’s  mission  to  serve  the   community’s  health  and  housing  needs.    It  is  clear  to  us  that  the  Partnership  is  on  the  brink  of   bold,  exciting,  broad  changes  that  will  move  it  into  the  future  as  a  model  for  service  delivery.     The  years  of  experience  the  Partnership  has  in  this  model  help  pave  the  way  for  greater   political  and  community  notice.    3  C  Consulting  is  well  positioned  to  provide  the  connections

  Company  Background     Principal  

  3  C  Consulting  was  founded  by  Sarah  Woodard  to  fill  a  critical   need  for  non-­‐profits.  After  spending  years  in  the  corporate   world  watching  non-­‐profits  struggle  while  corporations  got   even  larger,  she  knew  it  was  time  for  a  change.     Sarah  has  been  involved  with  non-­‐profits  for  many  years.    As  a   teen  she  served  holiday  meals  at  the  Salvation  Army.  In  college,   she  was  involved  with  many  causes  on  campus  focused  on  making  the   college  community  accessible  for  an  ethnically  and  physically  diverse   population.  Sarah’s  clients  include  Bear-­‐Paw  where  she  assisted  with   website  structure,  New  Hampshire  Chapter  of  the  Sierra  Club  where  she   works  to  bring  public  attention  to  their  mission,  and  Merrimack  Fire   Department  to  increase  sponsors  for  their  annual  5K  fundraiser.  

 

Subcontractor  Background     Lead  Consultant   Joe  Elcock  is  an  Issue  based  and  political  organizer,  communications   specialist,  project  manager  with  25  years  experience  in  federal,  state,   and  local  organizing  in  the  Democratic  Party,  non-­‐profits,  and  private   industry  throughout  the  country.     Specialties:  Grassroots  organizing  and  grassroots  lobbying  for  outreach   to  community  leaders,  marketing,  targeting,  communications,  project   management.     Past  clients  include:    The  Clean  Air  Coalition,  Sierra  Club,  National  Wildlife   Federation,  Repower  America,  among  others.  Joe  has  also  worked  on  

many  political  campaigns  including  Gore  for  President,  Clinton  for   President,  and  as  the  Regional  Director  for  Alliance  for  a  Better   California.

Statement  of  Work  

The  scope  of  work  for  this  proposal  is  to  position  the  Parnership  for  Successful  Living  to   expand  its  capacity  and  to  develop  funding  streams  commensurate  with  said  growth.     Become  recognized  as  a  Community  Wellness  Model   • Earned  media   • Social  media   • Paid  media   Update  and  standardize  materials   • Standardized  visuals  and  layouts   • Develop  more  concise  service  offerings   • Consolidate  where  possible   Develop  a  community  outreach  program   • Community  Leaders  and  Elected  Officials  outreach   • Develop  community  event  schedule     • Investigate  collaboration  opportunities  

  Terms  and  Conditions   Acceptance  of  this  contract  assumes  the  following:   1. 3  C  Consulting  will  work  in  conjunction  with  any  other  contractors  brought  in  by  the   Partnership  or  its  member  agencies  to  work  on  any  other  pieces  of  the  Partnership’s  or   its  member  agency’s  marketing  and  communications  plan(s)  and/or  materials.   2. 3  C  Consulting  will  be  given  the  right  to  name  the  Partnership  and  it’s  member  agencies   (where  appropriate)  as  clients  without  discussing  the  specifics  of  the  work.  This   includes  mention  on  3  C  Consulting’s  social  media  and/or  website.   3. Partnership  has  final  approval  of  all  work  created   4. Prices  are  per  project  not  per  hour   5. This  6  month  contract  represents  a  first  stage  in  the  larger  “rebranding”  process   6. 3  C  Consulting  reserves  the  right  to  hire  other  subcontractors.    Any  additional   subcontractors  will  be  paid  by  3  C  Consulting   7. 3  C  Consulting  will  bill  the  Partnership  on  a  monthly  basis.  Invoices  are  due  on  receipt   unless  otherwise  agreed
