RULES RELATING TO FEES PAYABLE TO COUNCIL The Health Professions Council of South Africa has, under section 61A of the Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act No. 56 of 1974), made the rules in the Schedule.

defines the area specified in the Schedule as a production area (district) under the name Cape Peninsula.

DEFINING OF PRODUCTION AREA: CAPE PENINSULA
That area situated within the following boundaries:
Starts at a point where the Black River debouches into the Atlantic ocean; thence first generally south and then generally north with the western, southern
and eastern coastline of Cape Peninsula to a point where a straight imaginary
line, in the vicinity of Carisbrook road joins said coastline with the M4 road; thence further north with said road (M4) to a point where the road intersect the Liesbeek river; thence further north with said river where it joins the Black River;
thence further north with last-mentioned river where it debouches into the Atlantic ocean; the beginning mentioned above.

met die M4-pad verbind; daarvandaan verder noord met genoemde pad (M4) tot
by 'n punt wear die pad die Liesbeekrivier kruis; daarvandaan verder noord met
genoemde rivier tot waar dit by die Swartrivier aansluit; daarvandaan verder noord met laasgenoemde rivier waar dit in die Atlantiese oseaan uitmond, die beginpunt hierbo genoem.
