This is the base salary schedule for calculating the salaries of all persons employed under a teacher's contract. If an employee works more or less than 191 days, the employees salary shall be calculated by multiplying the appropriate base salary by a fraction composed with the number of days worked as its numerator and 191 as its denominator, the result rounded to the nearest cent. Placement on step MSE+36 is based on an additional degree, licensure, or program area approval. Business Manager will be paid from the Teacher Salary Schedule District Technology Coordinator will be paid from the Teacher Salary Schedule Assistant Technology Coordinator will be paid from the Teacher Salary Schedule Head Nurse will be paid from the Teacher Salary Schedule National Board certified teachers shall receive a yearly stipend of $2,500 for a maximum of 10 years if you started prior to June 30, 2010. The Greenbrier School District will pay a one time stipend of $2,500 to any certified employee that starts and completes the National Board Certification after June 30, 2010.

For levels Secretary II to Adm Secretary III, employee's achievement of the next level in the National Association of Educational Office Professional's Professional Standards Program shall be grounds for a recommendation of promotion, so long as the supervisor considers such a promotion consistent with the quality of the employee's job performance. Present NAEOP achievement levels are noted below the job title columns above for placement quidance only; other grounds for placement and promotion may be used by the supervisor or the Superintendent. All supervisor recommendations for placement and promotion may be adopted or modified by the Superintendent.
