[email protected] Mike Cahalan joined Bull Realty, Inc. as an agent specializing in Investment Properties. Prior to joining Bull, Mike was a active investor and developer of both residential and commercial property in the state of Georgia and Florida. He has spent the last eight years acquiring, coordinating, and implementing the entitlement process on properties located throughout the region. Currently, his is engaged in several projects throughout the Southeast involving hotels, big box developments, mixed-use, grocery store anchored centers, medical, office, and residential developments. He received his BA from the University of West Georgia in 1979 where he majored in Business Administration. In 1998, he graduated with honors from the Keller Graduate School of Management with an MBA in marketing. Mike is a member of the Commercial Board of Realtors and recent award winner for closing over $30M in real estate sales in 2008 placing him in the exclusive Million Dollar Club. We was also honored as a Top Ten Producer in his category. Mike is very active in the community where he served as President of the St. Marlo Homeowners Association. He takes an active role in volunteering for Pinecrest Academy where his two daughters, Alexis and Erica attend. He is involved in church volunteer work for St. Benedicts where he annually participates in the building a home for Habitat for Humanity. Mike has been married for 19 years to his wife Sonia and resides in Duluth.
