PROPERTY | INFORMATION Improvements By Current Owners Since 1980 Exterior 1. Most of the windows operate and are fitted with thermal glass. 2. A slate roof was installed in 2003 / 2004 using Pennsylvania Green slate mined south of the border and trucked into Toronto (approximately 45,000 lbs). 3. Eaves troughs and down spouts are in one pound copper and there are three large decorative collection boxes. 4. There is a brick and iron fence approximately five feet high with gates for two private driveways and the front entrance walkway, completed in 1998. The rest of the property is fenced with six foot high pressure-treated lumber. 5. Exterior façade was repainted and repaired in 2012. The remaining exterior was repainted in 2013. 6.
