1.0 Bulk Feed Items: 1.1 All bulk feedstuffs will be requested by Langston University Farm Management on an “as needed” basis for the period of Date of Award to 6/30/18. 1.2 For the purposes of this bid, current pricing on unstable items will be used to evaluate bids. 1.3 Prices on subsequent loads on unstable items will be based pricing at the time of order. 1.4 Estimated load sizes for bulk delivered commodities will be 3.5 – 4 tons per load. 2.0 Non-Bulk Items: 2.1 Non-bulk (bagged and/or in containers) will be picked up by customer on an “as needed” basis upon approval of present bid, if within 50 mile radius of Langston University. 2.2 If supplier is not within 50 mile radius, unit prices shall be bid FOB destination, and shall be delivered within 3 days of receipt of order. 3.0 All Items: 3.1 It is the University’s desire to award all items to a single supplier. 3.2 Quantities on all items are estimated annual totals and are not guaranteed.
