BUILDING AND PLUMBING BYLAW NO. 3943
A Bylaw relating to amendment of the temporary building definition. _____________________________________________________________________________________
The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam enacts as follows: Citation 1.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Building and Plumbing Amendment Bylaw No. 3943, 2016”.
Purpose 2.
The purpose of this Bylaw is to amend the definition of temporary buildings of Building and Plumbing Bylaw, 2009, No.3710.
Administration 3.
That the Building and Plumbing Bylaw be amended as follows: 1)
In Section 2. Definitions, by replacing the definition of “Temporary building” with the following: “Temporary building means a structure such as a tent, fabric-covered frame, construction trailer, modular or prefabricated building intended for temporary use or occupancy.”
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 29th day of March, 2016. Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 29th day of March, 2016. Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 29th day of March, 2016.
