3991 Business Amendment Bylaw
BUSINESS AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 3991
A bylaw to amend "Business Bylaw, 2010, No. 3725" to include an additional item under refusal of a licence. ______________________________________________________________________________ The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam enacts as follows: Citation 1.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Business Bylaw, 2010, No. 3725, Amendment Bylaw, 2017, No. 3991".
Administration 2. The Business Bylaw is amended in Section 6 REFUSAL OF A LICENCE by adding the following clause: 6. (c) the business activity is in violation of a provincial and/or federal law.
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of March, 2017. Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of March, 2017. Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of March, 2017.
