Winnipeg Transit Route Map - Downtown The CWB building is located at 423 Main Street three short blocks north of Portage Avenue at the intersection of McDermot Avenue. At / close to that intersection there are four bus stops serving different routes, 27 inbound and 25 outbound. In addition, all three Downtown Spirit buses stop within two blocks of 423 Main.
