45th Annual Putnam County 4-H Fair July 29 - 31, 2016 Putnam County Veterans Memorial Park Attention All Youth: Showcase your Science and/or Technology Project at the Putnam County 4-H Fair. All entries will be judged and the top exhibits will be awarded a ribbon, and may be displayed again at the NYS Fair in August. Please complete and return the Science Project Entry form as soon as possible to Cornell Cooperative Extension. Additional information will be sent to you when we receive your entry form. ALL YOUTH ARE ELIGIBLE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN 4-H TO ENTER PROJECTS IN THE FAIR.
