5 Star Leadership Program 6th - 10th Grade
5 Star Leadership Program Areas to serve in: Early Childhood Leader Being an early childhood leader includes helping in our Early Childhood programs for one service over a weekend. You will get to hang out with the kids, assist the team and be a part of these little ones learning about Jesus.
Production You could be the person who captures it all and gives the best view in the house OR be the person to put the song lyrics and images on the screens. Learn how to run ProPresenter, lights, and sound alongside our production teams.
Assistant Leader (7th grade & up) Assistant leaders will be able to help lead their small group and learn what happens behind the scenes. Start thinking of the most crazy challenges, lead your small group and create an awesome atmosphere in Kids World.
Kids & Students Worship You will have the opportunity to be a part of kids worship on the weekends and at our events throughout the year. If you sing or play an instrument, the kids & students worship team would be awesome for you to be a part of.
Connections The connections team consists of greeting, serving food, wearing crazy costumes to get kids excited to come to Kids World, walking first-time families back to the kids' areas, and more!
Prayer Serve alongside the prayer team during weekend experiences. You will have the opportunity to pray over our church and even for people who are requesting prayer.
As a 5 Star Leader, I will: Attend a weekend service in addition to my serving hour Commit to serve on a regular basis (consistency matters... especially with kids!) Respond to the Planning Center request when I am scheduled for a weekend service Participate in Unleashed Students Be in God's Word daily Model good leadership to those I am leading Take direction well from those in authority over me Not be a disruption or behavior issue while serving Ask for and seek advice from my team leader when I need help
How to get involved: STEP 1: Choose an area to serve in, talk with your parents about it STEP 2: Fill out the application form and return it to a Kids leader STEP 3: We will contact you with more information and schedule a time for you to meet your team & team leader STEP 4: HAVE FUN SERVING WITH US!
