The applicant is seeking an approval to allow for vacation of a Right-of-Way, with the intent to vacate a portion of a former state highway, currently owned by private party. The subject right of way exists on a strip of land located north of US highway 20O,4.6 miles east of the city Kootenai, Section 2, Township 57 North, Range 1 West, B.M.
