58: THE FILM SCREENING AGREEMENT Upon your full acceptance of these terms and conditions, Compassion International, Inc. (“Compassion”) hereby grants you (the “Presenter”) permission and a limited, royalty-free licence to display, 58: The Film (the “Film”), to the members of your organisation and/or members of the public. Presenter agrees that this limited licence and permission to display the Film are subject to the following terms and conditions, effective as of the date Presenter requested the 58: Screening Kit of the Film from Compassion (“Effective Date”): 1. Compassion is granting Presenter, and only Presenter, permission to display the Film. Presenter acknowledges and agrees that it will not sell, release, or otherwise distribute the Film to any other party or entity, or otherwise allow any other party or entity to display the Film without Compassion’s express written consent. 2. Presenter may display the Film on an unlimited basis at any appropriate location (eg. a church or local auditorium); however, each such display will encompass the Film in its entirety. Presenter agrees that it shall not edit, extract, enhance or in any way modify the Film. Presenter may, however, provide its own commentary prior to or subsequent to the display of the Film. 3. Presenter agrees that it will not charge any member of its organisation, nor any member of the public, to view its display of the Film. 4. Presenter acknowledges and agrees that the copyright in and title to the Film at all times remains vested exclusively in Compassion, and Presenter agrees that it will not remove or destroy any trademark or copyright markings placed upon or contained within the Film. 5. Compassion has the right to fully terminate this limited license and revoke any permission

granted herein for violation of any of the foregoing provisions or any other reason in its sole discretion, by providing written notice of such termination and/or revocation to Presenter. 6. Presenter should direct any questions surrounding the display of the Film or the contents of this
