The Course: Course is located in downtown Fort Smith on historic Garrison Avenue. It is a 6 turn .81 mile “L” shape course, wide and fast with a slight uphill finishing straight. Start/Finish will be located near 8th & Garrison. Registration: Online registration is available through https://www.bikereg.com/2015-arkansas-state-criterium Online registration before August 31st is $35. Late registration beginning September 1st is $40. There are no Bike Reg fees. online registration ends September 11th. Same day registration will be $45 and will be open 1 hour prior to first race. Registration for a second race is $15. Entry fee includes USAC insurance surcharge. Registration tent will be on the south side of Garrison between 8th & 9th street.
Parking: Event Parking will be located in parking lot in 800 block of Rogers Ave. Additional parking is available in Parking Garage at 715 Rogers. 5th

Race Guidelines: The Arkansas State Criterium is a USAC sanctioned race, and all USAC rules are in effect. Event will be held rain or shine. Promoter reserves the right to adjust start times, combine races and/or adjust prize money based on entries. Wheel pit will be wheels in / wheels out.
Directions: From I-40, take I540 South towards Fort Smith. Take exit 8A for Rogers Ave westbound. Go west on Rogers 3.7 miles to race parking.

Please Note: To be eligible for Arkansas State Championship Awards, you must hold or purchase an annual USAC road license and be a resident of the

State of Arkansas. Racers must compete in their respective age category and/or gender category to be eligible for state awards. For example a 47 year old cannot race in the 40-44 age group or a female CAT3 cannot race

Non-licensed riders will be required to purchase a one-day license and will be permitted to enter Men’s CAT5 or Women’s CAT4. One day licenses for 2015 are $15. If you were previously a higher category you must purchase an annual license and race with the appropriate category. You must have an annual USAC license, and be registered in the State of Arkansas to be eligible for the Arkansas State Criterium.
