CELEBRATE! WEST HARTFORD 5K ROAD RACE Sunday, June 9 9:30 am WHERE Meet at Whole Foods Market parking lot, 50 Raymond Road, West Hartford. Take Exit 43 off I-84, turn right at end of ramp. At first intersection, turn left on Trout Brook, and head north to 3rd traffic light. Turn left on Farmington Ave, and left again on Raymond Road.
PARKING Public parking in Isham Garage opposite Whole Foods. DIVISIONS Competitive and Non-Competitive COMPETITIVE COURSE Accurately measured flat USATF certified 5K course #CT-89005-DR. RRCA sanctioned. Visit www.celebratewesthartford.com for details and map.

PRE-RACE PACKAGE PICK UP Friday, June 7, 3pm - 6pm or Saturday, June 8, 9am - Noon at Fleet Feet Sports, 1003 Farmington Avenue, West Hartford Center. 5K Runners may pick up special Tech Tee shirt, bib tag and race number. In-store discounts! Registrations also accepted - cash or check only.
REPORT ON RACE DAY - JUNE 9 5K Race - Report to Registration Tent in Whole Foods Market parking lot between 8:00 and 9:00 am, for race number and race day registration. Kids Fun Run - Report to Registration Tent between 8:00 - 8:15 am
FREE TechTee shirt to first 800 5K runners AWARDS for Competitive Divisions (only one award per person) • Sherman Malley Memorial Trophy awarded to 1st place overall • Fleet Feet Sports Trophy awarded to 1st place female • Don Lloyd Trophy awarded to 1st place ages 65+ • Gift certificates for $100 to 1st place overall female and male runners • Gift certificates for $50 to 1st place overall W.H. female and male runners • Gift certificates valued at $30, $25, $20 for all other 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers in each competitive division
RANDOM DRAWING - All 5K runners except winners • Ten gift certificates or prizes valued at $25 or more (must be present)
KIDS FUN RUN – 8:30 am for children 10 & under! Fee: $5 per child. Fun Run begins at 8:30 am. ½ mile course. Registration on June 9 at Whole Foods at 8:00 am Parent-signed waiver required. Medal for all participants!

No charges accepted on race day (cash or check only). Donations in excess of registration fee benefit WH Leisure Services scholarship fund & are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. Fees are non-refundable and payable to: TOWN OF WEST HARTFORD.

I should not enter and run/walk unless I am medically able, physically fit and sufficiently trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run/walk. I assume all risks associated with running or walking in this event, including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Town of West Hartford and all other sponsors, officials and any and all groups, people, or facilities connected with the Celebrate West Hartford 5K Road Race, their representatives and successors from all rights, claims of damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
